Team Lead

The Team Lead works collaboratively with school leadership to lead and nurture growth of team members and to improve teacher practice within the school. The Team Lead also serves as a classroom Teacher, planning and implementing lessons to stimulate learning among all developmental domains and utilizing assessment data to drive individualized instruction. As a Teacher, the Team Lead creates a classroom community that allows each child to feel acknowledged, recognized, respected, and secure and partners with families and colleagues to ensure excellent care and education.
