Early Learning Works is focused on supporting Hoosier employers interested in exploring and providing early learning benefits to their team members. Early Learning Works partners with companies to provide varied and flexible child care solutions catered to the needs of their current workforce. Among its many benefits, employer-supported early care and education helps reduce turnover and absenteeism while increasing employee productivity, and most importantly, supporting families and children.

Partnership Solutions to Explore

Tuition Benefits

Assist your employees with their early childhood education costs. This solution is designed to scale to your organization’s needs, so you can provide funding to your employees in a variety of ways such as FSA(s), stipends or subsidizing a portion of child care.

Reserved Seats

This solution is designed to identify high-quality early childhood education programs in your company’s local community and partner with that program to reserve seats for your employees.

Priority Access

The demand for child care is rising, resulting in long waitlists. Give your working parents a boost through this partnership opportunity. Your employee will be contacted as soon as an opening is available at one of our Day Early Learning or partner affiliate centers.

On- or Near-Site Care

Are your employees centrally located to your office? Depending on their needs, our experienced team can help consult with an organization to open a high-quality program such as a center, microsite or home. This can be existing space, retrofit or a brand-new build.

Scholarships

Your organization can offer tuition scholarships to employees whose children are in early education programs, similar to college scholarships and other programs that some employers offer. These scholarship payments can be made directly to the early education program versus reimbursements to the employees.

Considering nontraditional hours care?

Surveying your team is the first step in understanding both need and early care and education preferences. Many times, employers with extended hours will assume team members want evening and overnight care in a formal setting. This recent survey sheds some important light on preferences for nontraditional care. Many families prefer kinship care overnight. Early Learning Works looks forward to exploring your team’s unique needs with you.
